Total profits for Newscorp
The total profits made in 2009 for Newscorp are $30.423 billion.

Newscorp are owned by a man called Rupert Murdoch. he is also the chief executive and chairmen of Newscorp. Rupert Murdoch also owns 20th Century Fox.

For Time Warnerand the total profits for Time Warner are $25.8 billion

the total profits for sony is $77.205 billion for 2010.

the brands owned by Sony are; psp, ps3, tellies, cameras, Laptops, camcorders, mp3 players, home cinema systems, dvd players, blue ray players, headphones, car stereo's, Hi Fi's, digital photo frames, sony ericsson phones but they combined with ericsson.

The audience for Marley and Me is mainly 16+. The Gender that mainly watches the film is female but can also be males it can be both because this film is family orientated so both males and females can watch it as they might have children. The Genre of this film is family,comedy. The ethnicity of this film is mostly white this shows a dominant ideology. The young and Rubicam's psychographic group is mainstreamers because they can get good value form the film as it is a family film.

The use of colour for this poster is plain and simple it uses neutral colour like pinks and whites. This shows that the film isn't to over exagerated. The text use is quite bold it stands out from the rest of the poster to attract attention towards the name of the film. the use of the image uses a couple and a dog this shows they are the main people in the film and it gives a rough idea about who will be seen in the film. This film poster attracts to its target audience because it gives a basic outline of what is onvolved in the film .

The poster uses much darker tones of colour for example blacks Dark blues oranges and reds. This shows that the film is more serious and much more dull than other films. the fonts used is simple but bold but isn't very big but however it stands out from the rest of the poster because it is white. the people that are shown in the poster is Batman himself this shows he is still the main charcter following on from the other films. Synopsis of Slumdog Millionaire:
A Mumbai teen who grew up in the slums, becomes a contestant on the Indian version of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" He is arrested under suspicion of cheating, and while being interrogated, events from his life history are shown which explain why he knows the answers. 

Alternative Ideology
This film presents alternative ideology because it is about an indian boy who is young and has grown up in the slums however it has a male. This however shows the interestes of the subordinate groups as it is based on a young boy from another ethnic group.

Step Brothers
Synopsis of Step Brothers:
Two aimless middle-aged losers still living at home are forced against their will to become roommates when their parents get married.

Dominant Ideology
This film represents a dominant ideology because it includes males, middle-class, white and middle aged men. This shows some of the most common representations in our culture serve the dominant interests.
